LOST PACKAGES: We are not responsible for orders that are lost in the mail, Stolen, Damaged  incorrectly provided addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. THERE ARE NO REFUNDES ONCE ITEM IS SHIPPED .  Please make sure the address you submit matches to your billing and also the address is correct! If your order is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact USPS or UPS with given tracking number for further assistance.
